What Is Connected Support? 

Connected Support is a powerful service platform that uses JDLink™ telematics to remotely monitor your equipment’s health and performance. When a machine sends a diagnostic trouble code, that data flows directly to JESCO’s Machine Monitoring Center and to John Deere’s central Machine Health Monitoring Center. From there, our local specialists in MD, DE, NJ & NY can: 

  • Identify potential issues early 

  • Remotely read and clear diagnostic codes 

  • Record machine performance data 

  • Push software updates 

  • Coordinate field service when needed 

This real-time insight allows us to act fast—often before you even know there’s a problem. 

How It Works 

Every JESCO technician is backed by our Connected Support team, which acts as a second layer of expertise. If a technician can’t resolve an issue within a two-hour diagnostic window, they escalate the case to Connected Support.
